These terms cover your use of Usage Lab, a usage-metering API operated by Marc Stevens in Ontario, Canada.
Usage Lab is in early, test-mode operation. Features, limits and pricing may change, and the service may be interrupted or reset. Don't rely on it as your only billing record yet.
Keep your API keys secret. You're responsible for activity using your keys and for the accuracy of the usage events you send.
Don't use the service unlawfully, try to disrupt it, access other customers' data, or send personal or sensitive data in usage events.
Paid plans are listed in Canadian dollars on our homepage and billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You keep ownership of the usage data you send. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
